Day 25: Chest
Today only focus on the chest..
And did a lot triple drop set..
So hard!!
But it did work out well..

Feel like wanna go back to Msia..
Is so hot over here..
Damn weather..
Yesterday I even sweat my bed when having nap..
Flip my pillow half way and sleep again..
Lolx..
Sweaty weather..
Tomorrow I need to wake up early..

Day 24: Shoulder
Nice workout..
After the whole shoulder exercises,
I did another exercise for back..
Because I dont feel any workout yesterday..
So give something addition..
Hope it will helps..

Feeling a bit depress now..
Feel like time move so slow..
I am feeling bored here..
There is no excitement..
Hardly get motivated of my life..
Maybe is because of the heat here makes me depress ><

Went to gym today..
Day 23: Back & Biceps
I dunno feel like I worked out today..
Is it because of my wrong form?
Haiz..

After gym,
I went to Nandos to have my lunch..
I met my friend over there..
But I finished my lunch already..
So I stayed a while longer to wait him finished his..

I got home and saw the parcel..
I bought pair of earrings from eBay..
I am so glad it arrived so early..
But the size that I bought is too small..
This is the disadvantage of online shopping..
You cant really see the product..
It might have the chance of buying the wrong item..

Well,
Today I planned to go to gym..
But when I reached there,
It was closed..
It will be open at 14:00..
Damn..
So I skipped my gym again..

I went to City and got my skateboard..
I picked the cheapest one..
Because I am beginner..
Dont need a better board..
The price is $59.90..
But the cashier told me that it seems that this board is on sales..
So the final price is $39.90..
Awesome!!

Lately the weather is so hot..
Even night time..
Like right now..
I am sweating in my own room..
And I need to work everyday under those kind of heat..
Oh god..

Just now I finished watching a movie..
"Cloud Atlas"
It is nice..
It says about Past Present & Future..
Everything is connected..
I have no idea how to describe it..
But the whole movie make you think about your life..
Hahax..

Today is Boxing Day..
I joined my friends breakfast today at Dragon Palace..
Ate dim sum..

After that,
I went to Harbour Town and my friends went to city..
I wanted to buy a skateboard..
I dunno how to play..
But I will learn =]
I saw some skateboard in a shop..
But there was heap of ppl queuing up in front of the cashier..
I fade up and decided not to buy it today..
So I walked around..
Went into FILA and bought 3 shirt..
Lolx..
FILA again..

After that,
I meet up with my friends again in City..
Shop for awhile then got back home around 16:00..
I need to work at 17:00..
Don't feel like wanna work..

My colleague told me that it was busy during the afternoon shift..
Oh shit..
But luckily it wasn't busy on my shift..
Thank god!!

And just now I just finished Skype-ing with my friend..
Lolx..

Merry Christmas!!
Happy Holiday!!

Today our shop is closed for whole day..
And we had a staff lunch in Hong Kong BBQ..
The owner paid the bills =]
Hahax..
I feel like the food is kind of salty..
Maybe is because I used to eat at home..
And cant used to the food from outside..
But everyone is having fun over there..

After the lunch,
I took the train to Oats Street to meet my sister..
And had a small birthday celebration for our friend..
I had some snack and desert over there..
Yum!!

After that,
We went back home and gonna meet again in 2 hours time..
We having a dinner at night together..
Everyone need to prepare a gift and bring it over to the dinner..
The dinner is a buffet style..
Everyone exchange the present after that..
I got a board game..
ACQUIRE..
And my sister gave me a small portable speaker..
It is part of her gift..
She dont need it..

When I got home,
Me and my housemates tried out the new board game..
Pretty difficult to understand at the first place..
After finishing the whole game,
It was really nice to play..
Yeah!!
And I won the game..
Muahaha..

Happy Christmas Eve!!

Today I worked in the morning..
I bought some present for the gift exchange tomorrow..
After work,
I got home and had a nice bath..
After that,
Feeling tired and went to have a nap..
I plan to head to gym today..
But when I woke up,
Is already 20:00..
Too late..

Just now I went to Crown Perth with my friends..
Drank a Jack Daniel's with Cola..
And enjoy watching my friends gamble..
