And woke up again..
Because I remember that I haven put my wrap in the fridge..
And something else to do..

I was so tired..
And the house cooling system is on..
Make it the perfect environment to sleep..
Tonight at work,
It was crazy at the last hour..
Really crazy..
We almost run out of everything..
Hahax..
The weather was so hot when I skate to work..
Wish that I am at the beach instead of working..
I really wanna go to beach ady..
My colleague bragging how nice was the City Beach this afternoon..
I wanted to go so bad..
Sometimes I have no idea what to do..
I feel helpless..
What can I do, to make you feel better?

Did double today..
I felt tired and lazy after my break..
Luckily I got my drive back to work after that =]
Went to the gym gym after work..
Day 14: Legs
My friend says that he hates legs workout so much..
Because is so extreme..
I agree on that..
Legs workout is always the hardest and extreme..
Because Legs are very hard to train..
And they always gave you mind set that you cant go on anymore..
But actually you can..
3 sets 20 reps Leg extension
3 sets 15 reps Leg curl
4 sets 50 reps Leg press
4 sets 20 reps Lying leg curl
I know right!!
Crazy!!
I always tell myself,
Always make yourself as a better person first..
Before you expect someone to do better..
I really dunno when should I tell you..
I am afraid I will lost opportunity..
But I am also afraid I am rushing =]

Woke up early morning to work..
Opening the store..
And our store changed menu and prices..
Much expensive now..
Lolx..
I was so tired at work..
Feel so lazy..
But lucky din feel any sore of my muscle..
If not, I cant lift all those stock..
Today is the first group staff outing..
We went to Darkzone Laser Tag Willeton..
3 games..
It was really fun..
Basically running around with a gun..
Shoting enemy and their base..
Everyone sweat like after shower..
=]
It was a great exercise..
Good that everyone had fun..
Then we went to Conca's for dinner..
Chilli Mussle Ex Ex Hot..
Damn spicy..
I cant stand it..
Hahax..
After that,
Some of us went to play pool..
I really miss pool game..
But I was suck..
Need to train more =[
At first,
I thinking of making today as my veggie day..
So being a vegan for one day a week..
I had my breakfast and lunch with vegeteraian..
But dinner I ate meat..
Because was having dinner at Conca's..
Lolx..
Nevermind..
I will make it tomorrow as my Veggie day =]

I was so tired this morning..
So freaking lazy to wake up..
And my sister came and barged in my room..
She woke me up..
She came to bake brownies..
So I baked cupcakes as well..
Because she loves cupcakes..
Then in the afternoon,
I went to my friend's house..
Played games..
San Guo..
And I felt dizzy after playing for awhile..
Damn..
I dunno what happen to me ><
Then I had a short nap..
And played Plant vs Zombie 2 =]
Nice game..
Went to gym at the night..
Day 12: Back & Biceps
The machine in Anytime Fitness is a bit different compare to Curtin Gym..
So I need to try out the weight again..
And the biceps execises were quite tiring..
And my friend was screaming for help..
Hahax..
I forgot to mention about I cracked one of the window at work ><
It was last Friday night..
I was cleaning the storage..
I moved the ladder out..
And I accidentally push the ladder..
It fell on one of the window ><
It cracked badly..
Lolx..
Now my colleagues found out..
And ask me to buy them Gelare for life ><
NO!!!!!!

TOUGH MUDDER
Are you tough enough??
Woke up 6am and ready..
We need reach there before 9:40am..
But we delayed our run because waiting for teammates..
5 of us..
18km with 20 badass obstacles..
We are ready to challenge..
It was really amazing..
Took us 4 hours to finish it..
All the obstacles are alright..
But the shit part is running between obstacles..
Tired to hell..
The obstacles that I love the most are,
Arctic Enema, Everest, & Cage Crawl..
And another shit part is the flies..
Annoying much..
Flying around your face..
I have a bad news here..
I lost my GoPro camera in one of the obstacles..
Damn..
F that!!
I slept in the car while getting home..
And my friend told me that I was snoring in the car!!
Lolx..
I was so tired..
Even now..
My knee kind of sucks..
Joint hurt..
Got some few scratches!!
Now I am going out to party!!

I baked chocolate chip cupcakes today..
Felt boring..
And is my colleague birthday..
So just bake some of them..
And share it with my colleagues..
It was okay at work..
I was pissed..
Because my staff showing attitude to me..
Which I really dont like..
I forgive him..
May be he din really mean it..
And some of staffs were joking around in the kitchen..
And I was very serious..
I dunno..
May be I should losen up abit??
Tonight there was an event going on in Curtin..
Pasar Malam..
My club open a store there..
I really wish that I can help them out..
But I need to work..
I din know about this event until few days ago..
No one told me before..
If not,
I can let me manager not to organize me to work tonight ><
Tomorrow is the Tough Mudder..
So excited ><
I am ready..

Went to gym this afternoon..
Day 11: Calves & Abs
It was an easy workout today..
Because just calves and abs..
Just took only around 30 mins to finish it..
What made me headache today is the Laser Tag for next week..
Troublesome..
On top of that,
I need to find replacement for my colleague..
Because he is sick..
Badly..
I almost gone crazy..
Luckily everything settled..
But not the Laser Tag..
Still waiting some of them to double confirm with me =]
It was busy tonight at work..
I was slow..
And out of control..
I didnt do it properly..
I was confused..
Rushed..
Clumsy..

Happy to see you around..
