Today I cycled to work..
And I "parked" my bike there under the sun for 7 hours ><
It seems fine..
I tell a joke to my colleague today..
It is really funny..
But they so mean and deny the joke..
Here goes,

I cant stop laughing after I said that..

My neck and back doesnt hurt that bad today..
Thanks to my housemate for the counterpain and the Arnica..
Some medicine to relief sore and aching muscles..

Now I am watching a spider fighting with a cricket in my room ><
