Went to gym this afternoon..
I woke up late today..
Day 38: Shoulders & Calves
3 supersets..
Awesome..
Hopefully I hit it real bad..
I didn't feel much after the whole workout..
But calves do sore now..

Got to class..
Last lecture..
Still not focusing in class..
Lolx..

After class,
I went to my friend's house..
He invited me to join him for a training session..
INSANITY..
Pure Cardio..
45mins session..
But really insane..
I sweat a lot and din really follow all the steps..
Resting in between..
Tough and intense =]

I had dominos for dinner..
Woohoo..
And I dropped by at workplace..
Saw my colleagues were freaking busy..
Offered my help to them =]
Lolx..
It supposed to be my off day..
But I still working..
Haha..

My lower back kind of sore..
Because of the stiffed-legged dead lift..
Today's workout was intense and fast..
Giant set kills me..
Wide grip chin-up really hard..

I done my finance homework..

So I can sleep early that day =]

I went grab lunch at Domino..
They have offer today..
$4.95 for one value range..
I ate the whole thing myself =]
And I was late to class..

It was not busy at work today..
Not really know why is it..
But I feel better like this..

I really hope that I could stay in bed longer..

The WAlympics was alright..
Not much people turned up..
And we are given medals =]
I got silver in touch rugby and basketball..

Then I head back home straight away..
Had my nap before go into work..

Today at work was kind of busy..
I dunno why lately the shop is quite busy..
So hard to manage..

Now I need to sleep early..

It was my IELTS test today..
I need to reach the dam venue early..
I woke up around 5:45..
Took the public transport..
While waiting in the room,
I had a short nap..
But still feel tired..
The listening and reading test wasn't bad..
But not the writing..
My brain went blank and no idea for the essay..
I am really fucked up..
During the wait for my speaking test..
I went to somewhere to grab my lunch..
Then head back to the venue afterwards..
I am pretty early..
I registered and sat over there for more than an hour..
I lean on the wall and accidentally fall asleep..
Hopefully I din snore ~.~

I worked just now..
Because my colleague is taking part on tomorrow HBF run..
He need to wake up early and get prepared..
So I covering half of his shift..
It wasn't busy while I get into work =]

I am feeling so tired right now..
Head to bed now..

Today's workout was great..
I really love Chest & Triceps workout..
Because I can really see how far that I can push myself..

Today was really busy at work..
Really hope that I got 1 more extra staff to help out..
Seriously lot of orders..
Watching everyone standing there waiting for their food..
It really make me so stress..

Tomorrow I am having my IELTS test..
And I am not really prepared ><
Damn..
I need to bring my own pencil..
I wish that I can use pen instead ~.~

Feel so relief right now..
I finished my assignment..

Only focusing on my muscle group..
It just took me around 1 hour..
Doesnt really satisfied ><
And I jogged to gym today =]
Need to get ready for tough mudder this October..

I went to uni and consult with my tutor about the assignment..
Just to make sure how to asnwer the questions..
What kind of answer they expect us to write it down on the assignment..
It really help..

Should I say busy or no..
It wasnt busy at the first half of my shift..
But it got busy on dinner time..
Customers flooding in..
Ordering and seating all in the shop..
Waiting for their food to be served..
Food coming out..
And I need to serve all of them..
None stop doing this..
Until the last 30mins before we close..
It gets better..

Day 29: Triceps, Calves & Abs
I think I didn't hit my triceps hard enough today..
Mayb I lost focus on talking on phone in gym..
Damn..
My calves still sore from last Sunday sport event..
But I am still doing calves workout with low weight..

After gym,
I head back home..
Put my head into my assignment..
I finally figured it out how to answer it..
But there is still some confusion =]
And I just printed out and completed everything..
I just need to consult with my tutor tomorrow..
I feel so relief now =]

Wasn't too busy at work today..
But just really hate customers coming in at the last hour..
We are starting pre-closing..
But customers coming in at this time..

Too bad..

Wow..
Excellent..
My biceps really hurt today..
Triple drop set on preacher curl and EZ bar curl..
Really intense and crazy..

I collected the form and money for the Mamak Night..
Passed everything tithe president..
Now hopefully we can hire the equipment on time..
And get a commercial kitchen..

It was pretty busy at work from 18:00 to 19:00..
It was flood out..
But after that the shop seems pretty quite..
And we left the shop early today =]

Working hard with the legs..
But din really follow much of the program..
I can't do 100 drop set on leg extension on one go..
So freaking tiring..
And I cant do the leg press properly..
I got a really bad knees..
They are killing me so bad..

After that,
I meet up with my friend for lunch..
We went to the new cafeteria on campus..
Common Ground..
I ordered a wrap..
I love it..
It taste like roti canai..
Will definitely visit their again =]

Today at work was busy..
Because I running out of chicken most of the time..
Telling customer for a longer waiting time..
So bad..

I forgot an important thing today..
I forgot to collect the form and money form one of Mamak Night's vendor..
Damn..
I was caught at work..
I totally forgot about it..
I hope the owner won't get mad because I din show up today..

Without that I can't get into the gym..
But lucky the disable shutter door was open that time..

Because my bladder gonna blow..

Day 16: Back & Biceps
I feel a bit sore on my back this morning..
Probably I used too much muscle of my back..
But luckily it didnt affect my workout today..

I went to gym early because meeting up with a potential vendor for Mamak Night at 12:00..
I phoned my president..
But she didnt pick up..
I started to be nervous..
My friend told me that he saw her sitting inside talking with the vendor already..
Damn..
I should have check first ><

It was busy today at work during a period..
Heaps of phone orders..
All those phone orders' food stacking on the tray..
And customers coming in..
There was one freaking customer..
Complaint about the bag cant hold the food properly..
And asked for refund..
She have kid of two..
One on her arm..
She picked up the food and walked out..
But dropped on the street..
She came back in and argue for refund..
I dunno what to do..
She even use the F word..
Damn..
So rude..
But I still refund it to her..
Did I do the right thing?

I called back home just now..
To wish my mum a Happy Mother's Day =]
I am a good child..

Day 12: Back & Biceps
There was lot of ppl in the gym this morning..
I still dunno the true form of stiff-legged deadlift..
And I cant lift it up high weight..
But I saw some other girls lifted it with higher weight than me..
This make me a pussy ><

I helped my friend to fix his bike today..
Because he got a flat tyre..
Change the whole tyre with my spares..
Then fixed the flat and make it a spare now =]
I learned something about fixing the bike from an apps..
Love it =]

It was raining cats and dogs the whole evening till now..
This really bad..
It was busy at work today..
I felt boring in there ><

Which is my friend's birthday now..

So I used free weight..
Hanging leg raise..
How can you not swing doing this exercise..
It is very hard to do that..

After gym,
I went to my packed lunch around the guild office..
Then head to class at 12:00..

After class,
I went back home straight and grab all the document I need ..
And head to ECU Mt Lawley..
I applied for my IELTS test..
Is on 25 May..
I need to get prepared soon..

Day 10: Shoulders
Try my best out of this..
But sometimes I cant manage to lift up the weight..
I might have lower the weight instead..

There was a big problem at work today..
One of the cashier tilt being naughty..
We used only 1 tilt whole night..
And the queue was so long all the time..
And I think we lost some customer because of the long queue..
There was a special phone call..
A customer called in to our shop..
And she asked for whether the shop opposite is it open at that time..

This customer so smart =.=

Just now I almost forgot that tomorrow is Monday..
I having class tomorrow..
And I got homework need to be done..
Luckily I finished it..
But most of the questions left it blank..
I dunno how to answer it ><

Today is Malaysia Election day..
Some state results is out..
And most ppl very about it..
But after the blackout that happened in several state..
Everyone gone mad..
Because after the blackout,
The whole results change tremendously..
And most of the ppl in Facebook changed their profile to black blank..
To indicate that the election involved of unfair votes..

We distribute the job..
And I am in the stall section..
Before the meeting,

Today I start at 15:00..
Suppose that I work at 16:00..
But my colleague got something to do need to leave early..
I cleaned the shelf of the cool room today..

It was so cold inside..
Freezing..

Today we got audited..
We got a really low score..
Because we have unauthorised chemical being used in the shop..
And some expired label of the salad..
And there is some mark should not been deducted..
Which is the shoes of the staff and name tag on the shirt..
We should have get the tag and right shoe..
So we wont get marks deducted..

We are pretty damned now..

We got a voucher..

After that I went back home for study..

The exam is on 15:00..

After the exam,
I went to gym..

It wasn't a bad workout..

Now I am a half free man..
Got one more assignment on hand..

I am playing the Sudoku in Facebook now..
There is only 2 more levels..
And it was really difficult..
I must pass these 2 levels then only I will go to bed @.@
