Day 35: Back & Biceps
My lower back kind of sore..
Because of the stiffed-legged dead lift..
Today's workout was intense and fast..
Giant set kills me..
Wide grip chin-up really hard..
I done my finance homework..
Teehee..
I don't want to work my butt out on Sunday night again..
So I can sleep early that day =]
Today it wasn't busy at work..
It was alright =]
I hope everyday would be like this..
