Forgot to post again..

Woke up early morning and cycled to work..
It wasnt really busy..
That is good for me..
Because I work for 8 and half hours..
I head to gym after work..
Because of missing one day workout on Sunday..
I have to push it to the day after..
Day 7: Legs!!
The exercises are so intense..
Really tired after the workout..
Hopefully it will pay off..
