Day 54: Biceps & Triceps
Today workout plan is so crazy..
Start with 50 reps, 40, 30, 20, 10..
Then turn around 10 reps, 20, 30, 40, 50..
Biceps curl..
Head Smackers..
Rockers..
Skullcrushers..
My hand is gonna be sore like shit tomorrow..
Damn..

Then head to work..
And I didnt have my nap again..
Lolx..
Tired..
I back to game..
I din miss or forgot to do anything now..
Hahax..
