Day 42: Back & Biceps
I felt so weak in the gym today..
No idea why..
And I think I am losing my form..
What happen to me?
I dont want to get injured ><
Went into work early..
And I didnt have the time to study..
Lolx..
Getting lazy now adays..
I mean at work..
I starting to have the feeling not going to work..
This is really bad..
