Day 74: Back & Chest
DTP on 2 exercises..
Reverse Grip Pull Down & Incline Chest Press..
This pyramid sets really tired..
When you going back down from 10 20 30 reps..
You will feel lazy to go on for 40 and 50 reps..
I used rest-pause technic..
And finished it all ><
I nap for around 30mins before work..
It wasnt busy at work today..
Feel bored..
And one of my staff cant come to work..
He has a swollen knee and cant move around..
Then my manager ask someone to replace him..
And the QSC haven come yet..
Damn..
So nervous ><
My roommate heas to airport..
He going for holiday trip..
For more than 10 days..
Good for him..
