Felt headache when I woke up..
Extremely painful..
Lucky is my off day today..
I joined a gym..
Anytime Fitness..
Then I started my first day of my 12 weeks transformation again..
With my friend tagging along as well..
I am used to it..
But not my friend..

Then we had lunch together..
I am not working..
Stayed home..
Watched prison break..
Excited how they planned to break out..
