Flatbread..
Not bad actually..
Like eating a thick wrap =]
Head to gym for shoulders workout..
Not an easy workout..
Because it incorporated with supersets and drop sets..
Really tired..
And finished the whole day workout with calves exercises..
Got home and had lunch..
Then straight dropped on my bed for a short nap before work..
Tonight was much busier than last night..
Thank god it was busy..
At least the staff don't look dead..
