I didnt go to the gym today..
I hope I can go..

And I have to work tonight..
Before I go to work,
I had a short nap..
During my nap,
Dunno why the home alarm sudden was armed..
You know,
I was still sleeping there..
So I think the alarm armed for quite awhile..
I was the only person in the house..
But what trigger the alarm??
