Today is Friday..
So busy during the day at work..
Keep doing this and that..
Feel really tired after my shift..

Day 5 of workout..
Shoulders, Calves & Abs..
I cycled to the gym..
But I forgot my ID card..
Without my ID card,
I cant get into the gym..
Dammit..
So I cycled back and forth only for the card ><
Today the training consider successful..
But I think I dont have the perfect form for the exercise..
I really need to adjust that..
At the end I still feel the sore now..
