And went to the gym in the evening..

Legs day..
Pretty intense..
Probably will hurt real bad tomorrow..

I have resume to my 20 mins cardio now..
Been stopped for more than 2 weeks..
I am still worrying my IELST thingy..
Shit!!
Feeling tired now..
I think I am gonna sleep early today =]
