Day 58: Shoulders, Calves & Abs
There is this Dramatic Transformation Principle..
By doing Pyramid set of high reps to low reps with light to weight to heavy weight..
And I was doing this on Smith Machine Shoulder Press..
It really suck..
I cant finish the whole thing..
And I hurt my neck..
It hurt real bad..
Ate another pizza for dinner..
