Woke up early this morning for the Master Griller training..

It was at freo..

Every expect to grill..

But end up doing some theory and discussion..

Lolx..

And the weather this morning was so freezing cold..

I grabbed a cup of hot chocolate before the training..

Taste so good =]

After training,

We went back to Karawara..

Seriously..

Went all the way to freo but not practice on grill..

Day 62: Biceps & Triceps

I am so happy with the workout..

It turn out to be fine =]

Keep it up the hard work =]

Today it wasn't busy at work..

Quite..

And did a lot of cleaning..

Because we are doing training on grill tomorrow..

And someone for the head office gonna check the shop..
