Today is the longest shift I ever worked..

Start from 8am till 4pm..

Then continue with 5pm till 10pm..

My colleague still sick..

So I open the shop instead..

And some contractor came to fix some equipment..

When the shop opened,

I had lot of things to do..

I need to train the trainee..

And also manage my grill..

Hard to keep it up..

During my break,

I had a can of Redbull..

Felt better after that..

Then had another when we closed..

I stayed back till 10pm is because we suspect QSC is coming..

And need extra cleaning ><

I need to make sure everything is fine and good..

Pretty tired day..
