Woke up early and head to the shop
Doing opening
Everything seems fine
And it wasnt busy as well
I took that boring time to consult with my friend
He is currently gyming
And has quite a knowledge for gym
I asked about those nutrition stuff
He reckon I should keep bulking instead of aiming to reduce body fat
He said,
Why you wanna reduce body fat?
Unless you wanna compete
To bulk up,
Eat more
Sleep more
Protein & Carbohydrate are very important
And some supplements as well
Ah!!
I should listen to the pro
And change my goal ><
Damn

I am feeling so tired and sleepy now
Because lack of sleep last night ><
Should I just go to sleep early tonight?
