Day 70: Back, Biceps & Triceps
Today the workout was so extreme..
I felt so weak in the gym..
Especially Chin Up and Dips..
Today my manager trained me to be a shiftrunner..
And there were 7 people working in the night shift..
Another new girl came in to work..
Really serious lot of people today..
I find that shiftrunner job seems to be relaxing..
Hahax..
But there is a great responsible to bare..
I like it..
Another training will be on Saturday and Sunday..
I will do my best =]
