Tonight was a bit busy at work..
Everything was fine =]
Felt so lazy..
Then I went to buy a bubble tea while working..
Hehex..
I was pumped with the drink =]

I went to gym after work..
Day 15: Chest & Triceps
2 sets 8 reps Bench Press
2 sets 12 reps Straight Arm Pullover
3 sets 12 reps Incline Flyes
3 sets 15 reps Overhead Triceps Extension
3 sets 15 reps Dips
3 sets 12 reps Lying Triceps Extension
with 3 supersets Pushups
3 sets 15 reps Bench Dips
Hardly do the pushups..
Was so fatigue..
Really great workout..
Push limit till max =]
